Q: I've left an item in the cab. What should I do?

A: Please go to the main page and fill out a LOST ITEM REPORT. In instances where you ordered to taxicab we will figure out which taxi you were in and have the driver search the cab for your item. In instances where you flagged down the cab, unless you remember the cab #, we cannot trace which cab you were in. In these cases we broadcast a message to our fleet asking drivers to check their cars for the item.

Q: I filled out a LOST ITEM REPORT but my item was not returned.

A: Many people ride in the taxicab every day. Subsequent passengers usually notice lost items left in the taxicab before the driver does. If they bring it to the driver's attention we will get it back to you. However, if they abscond with the item there is little we can do.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We have Verifone terminals in the backseat of each taxicab where you swipe the card yourself and complete the transaction. Our meters print out a receipt for each transaction.
